Some issues with server reboot

Some snipes were missed this week due to a system update on one of our computers. We did our usual clock synchronization for Daylight Savings, and forgot to reboot one of the servers.
In other words, this was not a system error -- but a human error. Generally When we make these, we are able to patch them in time before anyone notices. Again, we apologize for any surprise or confusion. All snipes are being placed at this time.
