Hi cc7720, Don't worry, we did respond in about 20 minutes (submitted at 20:04:49 and responded at 20:42:22). It shows on the ticket that you haven't read our response yet. You can visit the contact page and look up your ticket number also. I just replied to your other post again to make sure you received a link. ;-) p.s. Unfortunately, none of the sniping services offer phone support, actually, in our case so that we can sustain competitive pricing. But we try to respond as fast as possible.
