We researched this and found that you just need to go to eBay and make a new, more secure password. eBay is stricter on passwords that do not originate from our site, and so for us to guarantee all bid placements and to eliminate any other uncertainties, we ask that you go to eBay and change your password, and then update it in your BidSlammer Preferences.
If, after that, you still have an issue, please let us know ASAP and we'll jump on it. We can retrieve the result pages for each snipe and this will tell us whatever reason the bid is not being accepted.
