This is the second time you have charged my account for losing an auction. I'm not sure if you ever credited me back for the first time this happened (I don't remember seeing the credit from last week), but now it has happened again. I lose and you charge my BidSlammer account. I thought this problem was fixed? Can you please make sure that this won't happen again.
