charged for a losing snipe - again

Hi. Once again it appears I have been charged for a losing snipe as if I had won. At least, that's what it looks like judging by the yellow happy face icon. This is the second time this has happened to me recently. I do not want to have to keep contacting customer service like this. Why is this happening lately? The item number is 400089314971
