This is becoming quite frustrating. Because you provide no accounting of snipes it is challenging to keep track of refunds properly being credited.
Why does this problem continue??

Full accounting is in your Archive tab. You don't have to write in each time, if you don't want. Just wait until we correct it ourselves or post a message.
Snipe services do not use the API, and you are the winner at the time of the snipe in those cases. Limited information is available in some cases.
