Shown as "resolved" but I never received my credit from 4 days ago.
As I stated in the previous message you provide no accounting on the running balance of the snipe account. So I now keep my own running balance.
As of today I have 6 outstanding errors in my account. In accordance with Jay's response I have waited 3 days for you to "correct it ourselves" But since I still have yet to receive the credit for this Gillian Anderson item I am not confident that you will fix these 6 errors without numerous support tickets.
I eagerly await a response and my credits for your system errors.

That item was already credited as I said it was. I'm not going to go back and change all the smiley faces.
As I said a post-billing "running" total makes no sense for a pay in advance system. Trust me, you don't want that. It generates complaints.
Use the Archive tab. Give item numbers if you want credit, but we can't tell if you win in some situations since eBay hides all that info.

As I go to give you an itemized history, I found a discrepancy. There were items we should have billed, but didn't. What do you want me to do about those?

Since I have no choice but to trust you.
But please credit the other four recent items as you go back to find more billings against my account.
