Forgot password-have tried 5 times

I forgot my password and I have submitted request for you to email my password at least 5 times. It says you have emailed it but I have never received it. I did all the things you advised but to no avail. Can you please help me to get back to my bidslammer account? Thank you -Linda

I'm not sure where you were sending email, we don't monitor email for support. Everything is handled through this ticket system or the forum.

Disregard my message above. I just realized you were probably using the mail password feature. Did you check your spam folder for our email? Some providers automatically mark messages they think are spam without the customers knowledge. If that is not the case I will contact rr.com to see why our mail is not getting through.
