In reply to your last ticket response, the problems are as follows:
I don't think I am beig charged systematically for losing bids but from and including item #180431389839, I am being charged 1.00 for domestic wins and 0.50 for international. Can you look at why this has happened and if it is correct policy?
I was charged for item #110467302115 which I did not win.
I think the confusion is in the term domestic. Since BidSlammer resides in the US, any item originating from www.ebay.com is considered domestic. All other eBay domains are considered International. Our pricing includes a 50 cent minimum on domestic items and 1.00 for International items.
We have had that policy for a long time, but I seem to remember a period of time when it wasn't enforced. An eBay change caused our software not to recognize items as International, so they were not charged the 1.00 minimum. A software update corrected that.
Item #200399371571 was International so the charge should have been 1.00. I'm not sure where the 60 cent charge came from, but I left it as is. I will investigate the reasoning behind that charge.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Kind regards,
John D.

Most of my bids are for UK/EU auctions and 1.00 is not cost-effective pricing so I won't be using your service once my current balance has been used up.
