Captcha Code Incorrect

I have tried several times since before Christmas to retrieve my forgotten password. Your site keeps telling me that you have emailed it but I have never received it. I have used your service for a long time and still have snipes left on my account. Please help me to get my password so that I may snipe. Thanks-Linda
P.S. I have even submitted a ticket before and received no response.

Hello,
I remember responding to a previous ticket. Our password retrieval does work, but it is likely that you email provider is discarding our messages as junk mail.
If you get this message, please add us as a contact to your address book. That will make sure our messages get through to you.

Thank you. Can you tell me your email address so that I can add it to my address book to allow your emails to come through. I don't understand because I have never had this trouble before. Thanks for your help. Linda
