Captcha Code Incorrect

Having forgotten my password, I have requested FOUR TIMES that Bidslammer send me my password. My email address was acknowledge but I am still without the email informing me of my password and now it is a week late. If this cannot be resolved, I expect Bidslammer to issue a full refund of my account and close it.

Hello,
The recover password feature is working. It is likely that either your email client is marking our message as junk mail, or your email provider is deleting them as spam.
