My balance remaining has disappeared and this is not the first time. I wrote my balance down since I'm not using the service that often. My last balance was $6, and now I have a -1. What's happening?

First I checked your account for any unauthorized activity and all is ok there...





What happened was the FREE portion of your account balance expired after 2 years, those were the terms at the time. That happened back in November of 2008.





However we don't do this any more, and we don't charge dimes for misses, and we tripled the service offering, so everyone is much happier.





The negative $1.00 is the result of 3 snipes you placed between 6/12/09 and 10/15/09, after the free portion had already expired.
