Bids are not being recorded

I bid on the above number - 3 MInton Bowls. I got an error message stating "Snipe placed, but we could not determine win status. If problem continues please contact customer service asap".





I also place bids on items in the item no. block above and although I was either the high bidder or no one else even bid, my bids were not recorded and I did not win the item.





This is very aggravating. What is wrong.

Have you seen this problem on more than one snipe? I am happy to check into it.

Yes for the past two days on three different snipes on which I should have been the high bidder. Please review my account and let me know what to do.
