Charged me for a snipe win, but I lost

You have this snipe listed as a ''win'' and you charged me for it, when in fact I lost the auction to another bidder.

Please correct the snipe status, and refund the charge for a winning snipe that I did not win.

There was some kind of change regarding UK auctions, it seems. Our software doesn't use eBay's API and so we have to rewrite parts of the software when eBay makes changes. It should be resolved very soon.
