Not receiving emails

I filed a couple of tickets at your help desk in the past week, but when I sign in the next day to check on the status, your website does not recognize the ticket id# that I wrote down. I've then asked that the id's be emailed to me & your site claims to be doing that, but as yet, I've not received even one of those emails I've checked my spam & junk mail folders and have even gone online to check it, as well. Your site claims to have emailed me the ticket id's, but I receive nothing!
