Bidslammer says I have won this item, but ebay says not! Please advise.

eBay is always the final authority. I checked our log files and eBay returned the following warning when the snipe was placed:





"Attention Buyer:


Mattel Pty Ltd has issued a recall for certain character toys. We encourage you to check with sellers prior to bidding on items. Please review the following recall page for details - http://service.mattel.com/uk/default.asp"





Snipes won't go through when eBay throws up a warning page like that. Our system should have caught the error - we will look into it. I credited your account for that snipe.
