Where can I see a history statement for activity on my account?
I won an auction this morning and I'm wondering what the snipe charge was. Before setting the snipe my balance showed $7 and change if I remember right and now I'm at negative $1.89. The snipe charge should have been $4.55.
Thanks

Hello,
The charge was indeed $4.55 and you can see if if you click on Archive -- but unfortunately not until after it is deleted.
Thank you for taking the time to write in, if you have any other questions, please be sure to let us know.
Cheers,
Jay

OK, I see that now, thanks.
My balance still seems incorrect. I added $10 on 12/11/2009 (see attached receipt). Since then I have had $8.09 in transaction fees. I should have a balance of $1.91, not -$1.89

I agree something wasn't right. Very odd, you have only bid on one item since March 2, correct? The $4.55 item? What is the other charge you imply was $3.54 to get to $8.09?

If you look at the last FOUR charges they total $8.09. Those were from 12/11/09 when I added the $10 through current.

I looked at it wrong. On April 1 our backup says your balance was $7.21, so what happened is that it seems to have charged you twice. In the log, I see why, because our database went into backup mode right when it finished.
The odds on that are FAR MORE than missing a snipe, like... one in a hundred thousand. Sorry you were affected.
