missed bid

This is the second item in a row that I would have won, but you did not put the snipe in. I want a refund and cancel my account.

Hello,





I checked our log files on item #330429407274 and your snipe was placed. Here are the results:





12:12:44 (snipe placed)


12:12:53 (eBay response)


12:12:53 (auction ended)





The problem was a slow response from eBay, commonly known as lag. We just added extra server capacity to prevent the problem in the future.
