I signed up for the "12 Months unlimited plan - Save an additional 40% plan" for $36.
Now I got a payment confirmation for $60. Is this a joke? Please adjust the price to $36 as advertised. I saved the screenshot where it says the 12M plan is $36, not $60!!!

Thank you for your question about the subscription price. It is a bug. For credit cards, the charge didn't reflect the sale price, and we are releasing a fix tonight for it. We regret not releasing it before you got to it.
If you can give us a PayPal address, we'd like to send a payment. In addition to a refund of $24, we will also extend the subscription six more months. Is this acceptable?
