missed snipe AND billed for it

Not only did my snipe not get through (the item ended without ANY bids), but it appears bidslammer charged me for the snipe. There is a smiley face icon next to the item. It smiles at me as if to say, "You didn't win this item! Because we never sent in your bid! AND... we charged you for it." Please take care of this. Thank you.

Sometimes it takes an extra moment to update the snipe status. It should look ok now.
