I sent it a previous ticket requesting that $100 be refunded to my paypal account and I have not received any responses. It has been over 3 weeks. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

I apologize, the ticket closed because of inactivity. I did go in and try to find a duplicate payment for $100 but I could not find one. We will refund any duplicate payments.

I put in $100 but realized I will not be using the service. I am not in a financial position to buy anything off ebay.
