Double bucks

This is my second ticket/email to you about this problem. Yesturday I recived an email from bidslammer offering to double my money, if I added 10.00 they would match it. I clicked the link in my email and made a payment of $10.00 into my account. When I checked it later the amount was not doubled. It showed only 10.oo plus the 1.50 that was already in there. I sent an ticket/email to ask why. 9LA7E3MGLR (ticket no.)

Your representive was very nice and told me they would take care of it and credit my account to show a 20.oo per the double buck offer. This morning, however my account is still only showing a 10.00 deposit.

Are you going to honor the double buck offer?

I will double it for you, no worries. I think you just have to click on the double bucks link in the email. Apparently one of them was the login page which did not set the proper cookie. We will do this first thing tomorrow.
