The display says I didn't win an item that I DID win: "You missed the minimum bid increment. A bid of 11.00 was needed to win." However, I won the item with a bid of $10.50.

Ah, this appears to be a bug with some last-second situations with minimum bid increment. Sorry for the surprise! I'll make sure the system is correctly updated. Also I will let you know if I find anything, as I did receive another reports this week.
