Although it has been awhile since I've been active on eBay, I logged on tonight to place a snipe and was dismayed to see that my previous balance was wiped clean. My understanding and your advertising says that the balance is permanent. The last time I logged in I KNOW I had a pretty good balance. Please provide me with some accounting of where my previous balance went. I have all my receipts from my balance additions since I started with BidSlammer so there should be some way to find out where the account should stand.
