I was disappointed to see your claim that I lost two recent auctions because of a lag on eBay's part. Actually, that was incorrect because I won one of the items. I'm looking at it right now on my desk. The fact you don't know whether I won or not makes we wonder about your reliability.
I have an important auction coming up Thursday night, 10/14/10, at 9:06 p.m. EDT. I have just one question: Have you solved this so-called eBay lag issue, or should I just skip using your service and place the bid myself?

I truly apologize, it just came to my attention that this ticket was here. We always respond within hours, but on the new launch some of them were off the page. I truly apologize for this.
We aren't having any issues with lag, actually ,but I can investigate any item.
