No bids

This item you claim in the table that I won it, but actually I didn't.

In fact, BidSlammer didn't even send the bid in because my max bid was 35.55 but somebody else won it with 13.50

In addition, items Id #250729524678 it seems you also didn't send in as similarly, my max bid is higher than the final price. You claim bid increment as the problem but my max bid is way higher than the increment.

Two weeks ago I missed two bids because you had some timing issues between your server and eBay's server (it cost me an additional 10 pounds to get the item somewhere else)

Your service has deteriorated with 4 missed bids in 3 weeks and is very disappointing.

After this, how can I trust you with my bids going forward?

I truly apologize for the late reply here. We moved to a new help systemIn this ticket got left behind. This was my fault personally, I take responsibility for it as it is not how we usually do things around here. Remind me to send you some promo items when we're done with this exchange.

As for the problem you reported, I have investigated your snipe, which includes the execution time (start time) and completion time (end time). Both of those times were before the ending time of the auction, so that means we did successfully reach eBay and place the snipe.

Note, we do keep all logs so if you still feel you unfairly missed a snipe, you can use the new help desk and you will get a response within hours.
