2 missed snipes

I set up snipes on two items (one that ended 18 hours ago and one that ended 2 minutes ago) and neither went though. I understand that there was a glitch overnight but apparently it was rectified according to the notice at the top of the page, yet I still lost the item that ended a few minutes ago. If this service isn't going to perform than I would like a refund of the $20 that I recently added to my account.
