pretty frustrated

On more than one occasion I requested a forgotten password the email reads the password has been sent to your email but there is nothing there. I have also opened two different tickets with no response. Please contact me asap and let me know what I need to do.

Can you tell me "exactly" what happens when you try to mail the password? We did try to respond to the other tickets but did not hear back.

You are having trouble logging in? Please use the mail-password feature on our login page. Please note, you will need access to the email account under which you registered.

Here is the mail password page:

We cannot provide password in the ticket system unless we have full account credentials, as well as a list of at least two (2) items you have tried to snipe in the last year.
