My snipe homepage says that I won this item with a bid of $16.50. The auction page on ebay says that it was won with a bid of $16.50. However, it does not show that I am the winner. I have contacted the seller but have not heard back. Can you please look into this for me?

I apologize for the delay in responding, we had a message posted in this regard, and I will briefly summarize. We did experience a small problem with some snipes this recording the credit due to a change on eBay and, but we quickly corrected it. If you have outstanding snipes that you feel were not credited properly, or you did not get the e-mail, we owe credit.
