I would like to get a refund for my unused $12.25 that is in Bidslammer. Yesterday two of my snipes fired or sniped an hour early which cost me a considerable amount of money on the two items that I won. Both of these were in a group, which of course didn't work because the items were still then both active for another hour and carried the maximum bids imposed by Bidslammer. They were in a group because I only wanted one winner. There is apparently a bug in Bidslammer as it fired on PDT time instead of MDT which I am in.

Sorry for the late reply, somehow I overlooked this ticket.

Our log appears to have incorrectly reported this snipe somehow. Generally, this only happens when there is a delay from eBay in getting the response on the actual high bidder information. I have credited your account for this snipe and I'm sorry for any surprise or confusion this caused.

Please note that this was a unique situation and it is not a reflection on the sniping accuracy.
