Charged for Missed Snipes

Hi, I got charged for two snipes that I did not win. Can I please get a refund for these? Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply, somehow I overlooked this ticket.





Our log appears to have incorrectly reported this snipe somehow. Generally, this only happens when there is a delay from eBay in getting the response on the actual high bidder information. I have credited your account 2X for this snipe and I'm sorry for any surprise or confusion this caused.





Please note that this was a unique situation and it is not a reflection on the sniping accuracy.
