lost a bid

This is another lost bid. I had a snipe of $20.33 in place and lost. I have lost faith in Bidslammer due to the fact I have found it totaly unreliable. I suspect I will not continue as a user. I believe, as do some friends, that eBay has found a way to avoid your bids.

Please advise.

We are fixing this problem and will place this ticket on hold until it is resolved. After that point, when you receive an email indicating the ticket is closed this means your credit has been issued. We apologize as this is a tough bug. ;-)

I apologize I was responding to a different question. I looked in our log and we definitely placed this bid. Have you changed your eBay password recently? If so you can update it using the "Preferences" link. If that isn't it, then be advised that eBay recently introduced a "link" feature for your eBay account to link to your PayPal account, could this be the issue?

If the snipe resulted in an eBay error page, we try to "parse" (read) the error message from the result page and display it below the title. If you feel very strongly that something is amiss, we definitely want to know. But snipes miss, a few times per day, for reasons that snipe services cannot fully explain other than all the reasons we noted.
