I use to be able to access slam it and item # and max bid would come up. now slam it comes up and does not recognize the item number and will not operate even when I enter item number. I have to access my bid slammer home page and manually enter item and bid.





I use a mac computer and was previously able to use slam it.


I have allowed pop ups for bid slammer and deleted and reinstalled slam it.


I have rechecked my passwords on ebay and bid slammer and they are the same .


I have logged out of both and I am still unable to use slam it.


I am able to go directly to bid slammer and use it ok.





Any help would be appreciated.
