Your system was down for an extended period last Sunday morning when my auction ended. Yes, I won the auction but I had to manually submit my bid as the auction ended (even though I previously set a BidSlammer bid).





You should not deduct fees for this win since I did not win this item due to my BidSlammer bid. Please provide an explanation of why your system was down for so long on the morning of April 24th.
