Non-Receipt of BidSlammer Emails

I cannot remember my BidSlammer password. I have done multiple password reminder requests and submitted two previous Help requests. All have received "Email sent." messages. I have received not a single email from BidSlammer. I have checked my spam folder; no joy. When I submitted the help requests, I forgot to record the incident number; I will not make the same mistake again. Without the incident number, since I am not receiving any BidSlammer emails, an incident number is the only way I can communicate BACK & FORTH with BidSlammer Help.





I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY EMAILS FROM BIDSLAMMER!!! WHY?
