refund, please

Once again, the snipe fails. Not only did the bid not get placed at all, but 50 cents were deducted from my account despite the fact that I didn't win. Not the first time, by the way. At this point I'd like to deduct all of my available balance and try a different sniping service. Please process a total refund for me as soon as possible. Thanks in advance, --Josh
