Bidslammer claimed a win for item 271060745063 when this was not the case and presumably charged me for this.





In addition I have tried adding the remaining items that were in my 'iphone' group to a new 'iphone4' group but bidslammer is showing smiley face icon for all these so I don't know if it will bid.

I submitted this 11 days ago and have had no response. Please at least refund the snipe fees deducted and if you can reassure me about the bug that caused this that would be good too.
