what happened to my snipe!!

Posted as a followup to the solved ticket #3778.

Is there any way to speak to a human at BidSlammer Customer Care? I find this form of communication highly inefficient and I think a quick conversation would be of great use. It seems you are telling me I have to change my ebay password in order to use BidSlammer . . .? Just change it somehow on the ebay site and suddenly BidSlammer will work . . .?? Is there a number I can call to talk with someone . . please??!!

You wrote in today to ask us why you lost your snipe. You lost your snipe because you had the wrong eBay password on file with us. We cannot snipe without your eBay password, it is customer responsibility to keep it updated. This is why you lost the bid, it was not our fault.
