I do not even see a change password option on the category headings of the bidslammer site. Why was $ subtracted from the amount in my account when there was not a bid made for me on this last failed snipe we are discussing? I noticed that the amount in my account prior to these questions yesterday was $20+, now it is $16. Posted Jun 02 2014 05:51 am by Gu***st |

Money was subtracted from my account for a failed snipe. Please make remedy to put the funds back now. Every time I've tried to update the eBay password that I have now, the bidslammer page at the address provided above, will not accept it and keeps the old one. My eBay password had been changed previously as stated and the bidslammer failed snipe was a huge disappointment. Added to that funds were subtracted from my account for the failed snipe. Posted Jun 05 2014 07:44 am by Gu***st |
This was all already handled, please clear your browser cache. Also this post will address your concerns: http://bidslammer.com/blog/ . Posted Jun 05 2014 07:54 am by Your Friendly BidSlammer Admin |
However the subtracted funds that should not have been taken Posted Jun 05 2014 11:06 am by Gu***st |
Don't worry, rest assured I did check and it was the same balance as it was last week. For some snipes we deduct just a temporary reserve until the snipe fires. Like a temporary credit card purchase where the balance goes back if you did not actually purchase anything. :-) Posted Jun 05 2014 11:16 am by Your Friendly BidSlammer Admin |
