Account balance error

Hi,



I am a longtime customer. I believe there is an error in my available snipe balance.



On Sept 1, 2008 I purchased 40 snipe bucks for $20, this was during your two-for-one sales last Fall.



Now your system says I only have 1 snipe buck but that cannot be corrent, I have not used that many snipes since Sept 1.



Please correct this. I have attached a PDF which verifies I made the purchase on Sept 1, 2008.

This is a hiccup with our new site as we are launching a more stylish website. I suggest refraining from payment until you hear back from me. It will make more sense after I write back. Sniping is uninterrupted.
