Incorrect account balance

I previously had a balance on my account. I went to enter an eBay item number yesterday (Fri 3-20) and was greeted with a message that I needed to replenish my account. Still certain that I previously had a balance, I nonetheless added $10 to my account so I could bid on an item.



18 hours later my account still shows zero balance and I was unable to use BidSlammer to bid on the item in question because your system insists that I have no balance.



My bank shows that $10 was charged on my credit card yet it still doesn't show on BidSlammer.



Time to get this fixed, and pronto, or I'll be forced to do a merchant chargeback. I'd also like an accounting of what happened to my previous balance.
