Posted as a followup to the solved ticket #3891.


Thanks, but I still haven't been credited. Also, the balance does not reflect the $20 + $5 bonus.

I added the balance. Did you receive an e-mail just now, with a transaction refund number? I refunded it, but my admin tool doesn't show it. I don't think it went through and will check on my end also.

The balance appears to been fixed on my bidslammer account, but I still have two charges on my cc. I didn't receive any transaction refund either.
