Captcha Code Incorrect

This morning I Asked for my BS password. I got this email from BS with my userid and password. Once I was logged in, my account had three snipes, just as though this was a new account for me.
I have had an account since 2005, and should have some funds left to my BS snipe account.

Hello,
The email you received was from a price change some time ago. You just received it because you had not logged in since that time.
I looked up your account and you still have funds. You still had 3 snipes left from our pricing conversion, but your funds should activate when those snipes are gone. Let me know if that does not happen.
