Hello,

On December 31, 2008 I signed up for this offer: Spend: $50 every 180 days, unlimited.

(3 months free!)

then $30 every 180 days thereafter.



. This offer should have bought me six months of snipes for $50. Can you please tell me why I was charged an additional $30 on April 1, 2009?

You signed up for our subscription plan for whatever was advertised at that time, the terms are in the subscription at PayPal. Can you locate the subscription number at PayPal? Then I can check based on that item page. Let's make sure it doesn't say $30 every 90 days.



Whatever the subscription rate is, by all means hang on to it since we don't offer that pricing (subscriptions) any more.

Well your word was good enough actually. I think there was a mismatch on the marketing pages.



The system has already been modified, technically that subscription was supposed to cancel and not auto-renew.



As a solution, could I suggest



1. we cancel the subscription



2. refund your $30



3. add USD $150 into your account.



That way you only have to pay $50 for site credit. I came up with $150 because that is how much an annual subscription costs. Also it is triple credit.



Let me know if that is ok, that is approved already..
