I recently used Bidslammer and it failed to bid. I have not seen an item like that one since, and it sold for much less than my maximum bid. You responded that this rarely happens. Now you have taken the remainder of my funds. I suppose this is a favor to me. It is a very effective tactic to complete a customer's disaffection by appropriating his account balance. Thanks.

I don't think the miss was our fault, there are 25 reasons you can miss, we have updated our software to report these. (The snipe was placed). Only your "free" bucks expired (but only after extending the expiration 2 years). See "site status " for any clarification, this was all advertised when the payment was made. ;-)
