Money Lost

I think it kind of sucks that you guys suspend funds after 2 years. Not even an email saying "hey your funds are about to expire better spend up".

On November 26 we converted "free bucks" to "free snipes". We did send an email to our entire user base. The 2003 free bucks dropped off after a five year waiver period (they expired in 2005 actually). In short we could not afford to give away free service any more (we did extend the expiration dates 3X the advertised 2 years). Only free bucks expired. We did not expire any actual dollars paid.

Our new pricing does not use free "bucks" awards. Our system status page under November 26 has more details.

We did send you e-mail on November 26. We did not suspend your funds. In fact, we gave you an extra two-year extension on the contractual expiration of free bucks. See the site status page for details. You lost no money at all.
