Item not won! But 2 Snipes is gone

Before you write your stupid response did you check item #200334441029

in two accounts?

I will contact my credit card about my bad experience with your costumer service.

I have never see such stupid costumer service it's a joke.

You should not be allowed to take money from my credit card you are a fraud!

You did not meet the minimum bid increment on that item. You bid too low.



So it would seem that we are not so "stupid" after all. No problem at all, we refunded your account in full so that you can take your business elsewhere. In fact there was a ban on your account, and you should not have been allowed to add funds anyway.



I'm sorry but you cannot add funds. The account has effectively been closed due to profanity or implied profanity in a previous ticket. Based on this correspondence from previous tickets we have decided to close this account and ask you to try another service. We mean no disrespect, we simply don't feel it's a mutally benefical business relationship.



We love helping customers no matter what is asked, but sometimes we have to close an account due to our customer conduct policy, which can be found in our user agreement. We wish you luck on eBay for the future and would like to thank you for trying our service.

4-28-2009 Item not won, But 2 Snipes is gone. In the last 2-3 month about 6-10 snipes is gone for no risen. Great business! Thanks!
