another incorrect charge to our account

It appears that your system fundamentally cannot distinguish won items from lost items. This is the 4th ticket we have filed in he last week or so where you have charged us for an auction that was lost. Please refund our account ASAP and fix the status of this item. It is an inconvenience to have to notify each time this problem occurs. Thank you.

You were not charged for that snipe since you lost (did not meet the minimum bid increment). There was no charge to your account.
