I tried to open a account with your snipe service. Somehow I did it incorrectly and now I can't access the account. It keeps sending me back to the confirmation procedure which in turn, says the account/user ID already exists. Is there someway to start all over? I didn't even get a chance to pick a User ID.

I resent the confirmation email to your email account. Please try this:
Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. Then close your browser, reopen it, and try the confirmation email again.
Let me know if you still have problems after taking those steps.
