missing snipe balance

Hi. I spent $100 to buy more snipes on 2/8/09, and last I checked (last week) I had a snipe balance of more than 200 snipes. Now that information has disappeared from my account and it just says "Subscription renews on: 0000-00-00." HELP! I have several auctions ending TODAY, and I'm afraid the glitch if your system will screw up my snipes.

This is a weird display bug caused, somehow when someone signs up, it sets everyone to subscriber status. I reset everything so it should look ok now.
